PREPARATION: Pan-fired Whole Leaf, Scented with Jasmine Flowers

This is Longjing (Dragonwell) from Hangzhou in Zhejiang province, China. The only authentic place this particular preparation can be found. I have added jasmine flowers for a light sweet fragrance that complements the unique flavors of this tea.

Pour 8oz simmering water over 1 tsp tea, steep for 3-4 minutes. When finished you may repeatedly add more simmering water for additional steeps to enjoy the changing complexities of flavor this high quality green tea has to offer.

I will transition to this tea from my Vitality blend when I desire a slightly less caffeinated tea.
