An authentic Indian-style spice blend using only high-quality organic and ethically sourced ingredients. No flavorings or extracts.

Add this blend in equal parts to Assam, or another tea of your choice. For a caffeine-free version try adding it to an equal part rooibos instead. Add milk and sugar to taste.

For a gallon batch add 1.5oz to a gallon of water and 9 oz of sugar and bring to a roiling boil. Shut off heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Add 1.5oz Tea or Tisane of your choice and let steep another 15 minutes. Strain and serve. Refrigerate remainder for up to a week to enjoy iced or hot.
