My intention with this Masala Chai was to make a traditional chai preparation as easy as possible. You simply pour the first half of the container to one gallon water and bring to a gentle boil for fifteen minutes, turn off heat and add the rest. Wait another 15 minutes and you have a gallon of chai, 16 servings, to be enjoyed with friends or saved in your fridge for up to a week. Enjoy iced or hot. Strain before drinking. Add cream and further sweetener to taste.
